They're hands-on, fun and informative with our award-winning Chef and Proprietor Rekha Sonigra. You'll come away with comprehensive knowledge on spices and how to blend and combine them to make the perfect curry every time.

  • Every class is held on a Tuesday

  • There are 4 to 5 people in one Masterclass

  • Classes are interactive - you work from your own cooking station

  • All Masterclasses usually start at 5pm

What you need to know

  • Masterclasses are non-refundable.

  • If you are booked onto a class and wish to change your class date, we need at least 4 weeks notice.

  • Spaces are booked on a first come, first served basis.

  • You may be switched from one Masterclass to an alternative date, if your current Masterclass does not have enough attendees.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking.
